Shipping Policy

The Products will be delivered to the address specified in your order and in accordance with the delivery option selected at the point of checkout.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. For weekend orders, please allow additional days for delivery. Orders are not shipped on Canadian statutory holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website displays the correct availability of Products for ordering. To the extent that we are reasonably able to do so, we will identify any limitations on availability (that we are aware of at that time), such as temporarily out of stock products, in the relevant Product listing page.

We reserved the right to adjust the delivery date, if we are prevented or delayed in the carrying on of our business, due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, extreme weather conditions, flood, epidemic, pandemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes, fuel shortages, restraints or delays affecting carriers, or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

CANADA

Shipping rates are determined based on product weight and dimension against your actual shipping location at checkout. Shipping is done through Canada Post, UPS, or any other reputable shipping company that will offer the best shipping rates available and the shipping speed is approximately 3-9 business days.

While we will take reasonable steps to ensure that your order is shipped and delivered on time, please be aware that shipment and delivery times are estimates only.

Shipment confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email if one is provided at checkout once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Your purchase is fully insured and guaranteed against breakage, in the rare event that there is some damage, we ask that the damaged packaging and/or product is kept and the damage is reported promptly with pictures. Please use our “Contact Us” page to reach out to us with any issues and we will work with you to resolve any and all issues within our control.

Lost or Stolen Package

Pop Cultures Timeless Treasures is not liable for any packages lost/stolen during shipping as well as package stolen upon arrival to the address provided at time of purchase. If you do not receive your order, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please feel free to reach out to us using our “Contact Us” page and we will work with you to help you resolve this issue within our control.

Return Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on sale merchandise.
Gift cards are non-returnable items.
No Returns/Refunds or Exchanges on clothing and accessories.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, item with visible signs of use, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and/or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for returns/refunds.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.
